Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analogue of the endogenous immunomodulatory tetrapeptide tuftsin (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg), with the addition of a Pro-Gly-Pro C-terminal sequence to enhance metabolic stability and extend biological activity.
