Ordering and eligibility

Who can purchase from USA Made Peps?

Our products are sold only to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years of age. At checkout you confirm that you are acquiring the products strictly for lawful laboratory research use. See our Terms and Conditions for full eligibility details.

What does “Research Use Only” (RUO) mean?

Research Use Only means a product is intended solely for laboratory research and is not approved for human or animal use. We break it down in plain language in What Does Research Use Only (RUO) Mean?

Are these products intended for human or animal consumption?

No. All USA Made Peps products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.

Products, quality, and testing

Are your peptides made in the USA?

USA Made Peps is veteran-owned. Our research compounds are made in the United States from imported peptide APIs: purification, filling, lyophilization and independent testing all happen domestically, in Missouri. Our About page explains each step. Learn more about us.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every lot is independently third-party tested. Review testing on our Verify page, and see how to read a Certificate of Analysis (COA).

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is the lab report documenting a compound’s identity and purity. Our walkthrough, How to Read a COA, explains each section.

How do I verify the lot I received?

Enter your vial’s lot number on the Verify page to pull up that lot’s COA.

How do I know a supplier is trustworthy?

Look for US manufacturing, independent third-party testing, published COAs, and transparency. Our guide How to Vet a Research Peptide Supplier is a full checklist.

Payments and pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, pay-by-bank (ACH), and cryptocurrency. Browse the catalog on our shop page.

Do you offer any discounts?

New subscribers get a 10% welcome discount, and choosing Pay by Bank at checkout saves an additional 3%. The two can be combined.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed securely and encrypted in transit, and you confirm the research-use certification before placing your order.

Shipping and returns

How fast do you ship, and where?

We ship from the United States. For current destinations, options, and delivery timing, see our Shipping and Delivery page.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, orders with a subtotal of $300.00 or more ship free. Details are on the Shipping and Delivery page.

What is your return and testing policy?

See our Returns and Testing Policy for how we handle returns and testing questions.

Storage and handling

How should research peptides be stored?

Temperature, light, and handling all matter for research materials. Our guide How to Store Research Peptides covers lyophilized and reconstituted storage.

What is the difference between lyophilized and reconstituted?

Lyophilized means the freeze-dried powder as shipped; reconstituted refers to material brought into solution in a lab. Handling differs between the two, as covered in our storage guide.

Compliance and product naming

Why are some products listed by a product code?

Some research compounds are listed under a product code rather than a common name, a standard research-use labeling practice. The receptor or research category is described on each product page.

Are these products legal to purchase?

Our products are sold for laboratory research use only, and buyers are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to research materials in their location. This is not legal advice.
