1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days of purchase. This timeframe allows us to source, verify, and prepare your order to our quality standards.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard USPS or UPS shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $25.00 per order, and orders with a subtotal of $300.00 or more ship free. Estimated total timeline: 7–12 business days from order to delivery. We aim to ship faster when possible, but we never compromise on verification and quality checks.
3. In Stock vs. Made-to-Order
USA Made Peps sources and processes all compounds to order, ensuring maximum freshness and traceability. We order and test per batch rather than shipping from long-held stock, so the certificate you receive belongs to the vial you are buying. This “Research Done Right” approach guarantees you the highest-purity, most recently processed product available.
4. Delays
If your order will take longer than our stated timeline, which is rare, we will contact you proactively with an updated shipping date and explanation.
5. Domestic Shipping Only
USA Made Peps ships to U.S. domestic addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. For lost or damaged shipments, contact us at support@usamadepeps.com within 7 days of the confirmed or estimated delivery date.
6. Compliance at Delivery
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the receipt, possession, and use of research chemicals at your delivery address and in your jurisdiction.
