USA Made Peps guarantees that all products ship at or above 98.0% chromatographic purity, as verified by an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA). In practice our results run comfortably above that floor: every lot we have published has tested above 99% purity, from 99.13% to 99.65%, and you can look up any lot number yourself on our Verify page. We set the guarantee below our typical results on purpose, because independent laboratories legitimately differ when measuring the same material and we would rather absorb that variation than argue about it.
What “purity” means here. Our guarantee refers to chromatographic purity measured by liquid chromatography and calculated by area normalization, the method our certificates use (our laboratory, Horizon Analytical, reports UPLC chromatographic purity with evaporative light scattering detection and confirms identity by mass spectrometry). Net peptide content, mass-balance assay and total peptide content are different measurements, not lower-quality versions of the same one. A lyophilized peptide carries counterion salt and residual moisture, which can make net peptide content read 20 to 35 percentage points lower than chromatographic purity on the very same vial while both figures are correct. Results from those methods fall outside this guarantee. If an independent, verifiable third-party laboratory test demonstrates that a product falls below this threshold, we will replace the product at no charge.
This is our only basis for accepting a return or issuing a replacement. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, ordering errors, or subjective assessments of product performance.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: If a valid, verifiable third-party lab test shows your USA Made Peps product tested below 98.0% chromatographic purity, we will replace it free of charge. Conditions are in the Returns & Testing Policy.
To be eligible for a replacement under this policy, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The replacement request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
• The test must be conducted by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory (not in-house or self-conducted)
• The test must use HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and/or mass spectrometry analysis, the same methodology used in our own quality certification
• The test results must clearly identify the product by name, lot number, or other verifiable identifier matching your order
• The full Certificate of Analysis (COA) or lab report must be submitted, screenshots or partial reports are not accepted
• The test must report chromatographic purity below 98.0% for the specific compound(s) listed on the product label
• The original order number and proof of purchase must be provided
• Returns based on change of mind, accidental orders, or ordering the wrong product
• Returns of products that have been stored improperly (outside recommended temperature and humidity conditions)
• Returns based on in-house, self-conducted, or unaccredited testing
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery
• Requests without a full, verifiable third-party COA or lab report
• Returns of products whose lot numbers do not match the submitted test documentation

We do not require you to return the original product. Physical returns are not accepted.
We guarantee a minimum of 98.0% chromatographic purity at receipt, and every lot we have published has tested above 99% with an independent third-party COA. Purity may vary slightly due to shipping and storage conditions beyond our control, all shipments include current COA for verification
USA Made Peps believes transparency builds trust. Independent third-party testing is the gold standard for verifying peptide purity in the research community, and we want to actively support it. Researchers who invest in independent testing and share their results publicly help raise the standard for the entire RUO peptide industry.
To put our commitment where our quality is: if you test our product, share the results publicly on an accepted platform, and your test is valid and verifiable, we will replace the vial you sacrificed for testing, free of charge, regardless of the result.
TESTING REWARD: Get your USA Made Peps product independently tested, post the full verifiable results publicly on an accepted platform, and we will replace the vial used for testing, free of charge. Pass or fail. No exceptions. The reward is a replacement vial, not cash; laboratory fees are not reimbursed, and the reward is separate from the defect-replacement remedy above.
To qualify for the Testing Reward, results must be posted publicly on one or more of the following recognized peptide research and review platforms:
• r/PeptideForum (Reddit), One of the largest active peptide research communities; widely used for vendor COA sharing and independent lab result posts
• r/Peptides (Reddit), General peptide research subreddit with an active vendor review and testing community
• Finnrick (finnrick.com): Independent peptide vendor audit and testing directory; Grade-based vendor verification platform well-regarded in the research community
• Peptide Pick (peptidepick.com): Independent peptide research resource covering vendor reviews and third-party test analysis
• Outliyr (outliyr.com): Research-focused supplement and peptide review publication with published vendor analysis
• SubQ Protocol (subqprotocol.com): Peptide vendor review platform with published independent testing analysis
• Any other publicly accessible, indexed platform where the post is verifiable, searchable, and includes the full COA or lab report, subject to our approval
Posts must be public, indexed, and accessible without login where possible. Private group posts, DMs, or screenshots of posts do not qualify.
To qualify for the Testing Reward, all of the following must be met:
• Testing must be conducted by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory using HPLC and/or mass spectrometry
• The full COA or lab report must be included in the public post, not just a summary or purity percentage
• The post must clearly identify the product as USA Made Peps by name, and include the product name and ideally the lot number
• The post must state that USA Made Peps replaced the vial you tested. A free replacement is a material connection under the FTC Endorsement Guides, and we require it to be disclosed whatever the result
• The post must be live and publicly accessible at the time of your reward claim
• You must submit your claim within 30 days of the post going live
• One reward replacement per product per researcher; bulk or commercial testing arrangements are not eligible under this program
• The vial submitted for testing must have been purchased directly from usamadepeps.com
6. Post your full third-party test results publicly on one of the accepted platforms listed in Section 2.2

8. Include: your order number, the public URL link to your post, and a copy of the full COA/lab report

The Testing Reward is available regardless of the test result. Whether your product tested above or below 98%, we will replace the sacrificed vial. If the test shows below 98%, you are also entitled to a replacement under Section 1 (Standard Return & Replacement Policy).
Replacement products under both the Standard Return Policy and the Testing Reward Program will be shipped via standard domestic shipping at no charge to the original shipping address on file. We do not cover expedited shipping unless the original order included expedited shipping and the replacement is due to a quality failure on our part.
Replacements are shipped to U.S. domestic addresses only. International shipping of replacements is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
USA Made Peps does not issue cash refunds or store credit under any circumstances. Our sole remedy for a verified quality failure is product replacement. This policy reflects the nature of RUO research chemical sales: all sales are final except where a documented quality failure under this policy has been verified.

USA Made Peps reserves the right to reject any replacement or reward claim that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, falsified, or otherwise in violation of this policy. This includes but is not limited to: submitted COAs that do not correspond to our lot numbers, manipulated or altered lab documents, or claims submitted by the same individual multiple times under different identities.
Fraudulent claims may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
USA Made Peps reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
